About us and our commitment:

PATRICIA MARIA DE BOTTON now onwards expressed as “PATZI CREATIVE DESIGN”, is a sole proprietorship, dedicated to the sale of jewellery, and operating in a geographical area that encompasses mainland Portugal and the Autonomous Region of Madeira exporting also to the European Union and to the outside world.
Considering the proportionate and appropriate action required of us, taking into account our capacity to allocate resources and the technical means at our disposition, PATZI  CREATIVE DESIGN is profoundly committed to protecting our regular and occasional customers and staff, as well as users of our various physical and digital media and platforms, in particular paper files, digital files and/or websites, whether currently in use or to be implemented in the future, in terms of privacy and the processing and circulation of personal data.
The data collection devices and data formats we currently use:
We hold, edit and manage the following personal data formats

o    An IT system consisting of a series of software solutions supported by a set of hardware devices and other similar solutions, including email services and other external digital repositories and communication solutions;

The company is only bound by this Privacy Policy in matters that are related to the personal data that it collects, processes and circulates.
An identical or equivalent policy will also be adopted, by means of contracts entered with PATZI CREATIVE DESIGN, by entities that process said personal data on behalf of the latter.
Links to other websites that do not belong to PATZI  CREATIVE DESIGN, on the aforementioned website www.patzicreativedesign.com, are provided in good faith and in the interests of the user. The company cannot, under any circumstances, be held responsible for the way in which data is processed or used by these websites, nor for their reliability, accuracy, legitimacy and functionality. As a consequence, this privacy policy is not applicable to such sites.
PATZI CREATIVE DESIGN considers it compulsory that users read the privacy policies of any other websites and shall assume, for all intents and purposes, that they have done so, without possibility of proof to the contrary.

The reason for publishing this Privacy policy:

In addition to its implementation within company organisational procedures, PATZI  CREATIVE DESIGN drew up this Privacy Policy in order to provide, disseminate and publicise a document that explains the general rules concerning privacy and the processing of personal data that is collected, which always adheres strictly to the relevant Legislation.
To this end, the text of this privacy policy shall be made available in a paper format for the time being in a digital format on the website www.patzicreativedesign.com.
The provisions of this Privacy Policy complement stipulations on the same subject found in the formal or informal contracts that the interested parties may enter with PATZI CREATIVE DESIGN.

4. Data required in order to manage clients and suppliers, draw up contracts and manage contractual relationships with clients and suppliers, tailoring service provision to meet the needs and interests of the client. This includes sending suggestions, communication and marketing activities, generating awareness of campaigns, promotions, publicity and news on the services and/or products, conducting market research and/or satisfaction surveys, and managing complaints. In this case, we process data such as address(es), telephone numbers and email address, among other strictly necessary, proportionate and lawful data.

All data required in order for PATZI  CREATIVE DESIGN to exercise its rights within the scope of the relationships referred to in the preceding paragraphs, in pursuit of our legitimate operations and interests, in particular accounts, tax and administrative management, management of litigation, provision of evidence in court proceedings, fraud detection, revenue protection and auditing, management of the network and systems, monitoring of IT security, physical security and the security of facilities.

These terms of use are intended to provide the user all necessary information on how to order, buy, receive and pay for purchases made in   online store when the store will be openly available to the public.
These conditions rule over every stage of the order, ensuring the control of the order by both parties.

Registration of users
PATZI CREATIVE DESIGN will send the user a registration confirmation e-mail within 48 hours of the user’s application.

The user undertakes to ensure the confidentiality of his password, exempting PATZI CREATIVE DESIGN from any liability for the misuse or negligence of the user regarding his own password protection.
Finalizing an order means fully acknowledging and accepting the prices and description of the products available for sale, such as the terms of use, the only terms applicable to the contract that is now celebrated.
PATZI CREATIVE DESIGN will fulfil every order if stock is available. In the absence of stock PATZI CREATIVE DESIGN will immediately inform the user.

Disputes

Any disputes arising from any legal question regarding our Privacy Policy,
independent of the nature or origin of the dispute , will be resolved under the application of Portuguese Law, excluding its norms of private International Law and will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Comarca of Lisboa(Portugal).
